After several long naps, consuming champagne, and reading the feedback forms I’m happy to report that Summer in Words 5 was a big hit. So many kind and appreciative comments from the participants and instructors. So many laughs and aha moments (sorry for the cliche). As I do every year I read the comments and make notes for next year, then sit down to pay the bills, feeling a bit postpartumish.
And as every year, I miss the ocean now that I’m away from it.
Thanks to everyone who took part with special thanks to Gail Balden, Mary Bisbee-Beek, Chelsea Cain, Jessica Glenn, Cathy Lamb, Naseem Rakha, Bruce Holland Rogers. Bill Johnson will be creating a YouTube page for the conference and I’ll post the link here.
